| Non-overpowering whacky weapon |

| Tech-Troop:
I always like using whacky weapons that have no reason, well fun is a reason. weapons like the mini-nuke and the facepwner aren't fails, but they're to powerful. we need a weapon that is whacky and able to use in tdms. i'm not saying make something that dosen't hurt at all. |
