how do i use the tools i downloaded?

i think the problem is tha i don't know how to get them into my inventory

Your probably just another noob from roblox saying tools are add-ons.
You download them then save them not to bloackland but to a temporary file and then have the blockland add-ons page running behind it and click and hold on teh add-on and move it to the blockland folder.
Check out the add-ons section on how to use them you tard.
