I might have Swine Flu

I seem to have every symptom of it and I feel like stuff.
Symptoms being:
# fever, which is usually high, but unlike seasonal flu, is sometimes absent
# cough
# runny nose or stuffy nose
# sore throat
# body aches
# headache
# chills
# fatigue or tiredness, which can be extreme
What should I do?

Unfortunately, I don't think anyone here can give you the medicine to get rid of Swine Flu.
