| Best way to stream my screen |

No i am not planning to have a stream thread here for all of you to be bored over. its for other use lol so many sites and apps and the combination's used on them. what are the best? im looking for: high quality less lag on my end dont even need to be free if possible, not involve some stuffty cam social-site to be used. |
