Mouse Scrolling is messed up in game.

As the title says, my mouse is messed up in the sense of when i try to scroll through my tools and bricks its really unresponsive and when it does work it flys through them all. I already tried using the non-scrolling mouse option and thats frustrating to use. Any ideas on how to fix this. It's only a problem on blockland.

yea it works fine on garry's mod
