Name of a song

I was trying to find the name of a song but I couldn't find it through google. I can't remember the complete lyrics but its something like "Tell me why why why....other lyrics....I get my *mindblanks*......I get my *mindblanks*.....I get high as a kite I get all strung out...". I also remember something about shoes and cocaine but I'm not sure. The songs played on a is played on a guitar with the singer playing a single note of the song at a time. It's probably a few years old since I heard it on a classic rock station. If anyone can figure out the name of the song I'd appreciate, I'll try to put more information up if I can remember anything else  :panda:
