Graffiti would be a server sided mod that would make you able to paint shapes over the colors on vehicles.. Say you have a red car (on a vehicle spawn that has re-color vehicle set to on), and you want to paint an 81 (and a sponsor :cookieMonster:) on it. You would use the graffiti mod! Basically it paints a shape that YOU draw!

In theory, not possible. Unless Badspot totally remodels the whole engine.

Remove the entire game engine because of THIS? Also, he wouldn't because I think he works at garage games.
