How to use the Zombie Director.

I turned it on, and The "roll dice" thing is set to -1. TDM is enabled, and I am trying to get it to work on the No mercy buld. I am having no luck though. What am I doing wrong?

start the director, on-activate-minigame-director-start

Try resetting the minigame, with everything at default you should be good.
