Yes. This is presumably implemented because you can taint the merchandise or play it and just return it. It's not unfair. |

Well after I bought the loving piece of stuff, it sucks. The camera movement messes up my fighting. I've been playing for at least 3 hours and haven't even found the way out of the FIRST LEVEL! IT SUCKS! |

Because many games have the product keys in the inside of the box, if you've opened the box then you've had the chance to take a legitimate product key, then return the game and sell the key for a profit. Of course they're not going to let you take it back. |
