I bought a PC game from Target just last night and...

This, and Target isn't handicapped. They know how to make profit, they won't sell you the game so you can play for three seconds and return it. They also want to ensure there's no damage.

Why the forget do you think they'll let you return the game if you don't like it? It has to be broken or missing something.
They have nothing to do with the game. They have sold it to you, and you already have the product key.
