Left 4 Block: Safe House Item

Bones:

Yo, I'm wondering if anyone can help me with my L4B safe house item. It shows up as nothing when I spawn it on a brick, and I can't pick it up. I tried giving it to me in a mini game right off the spawn, but it did nothing. Do I have to set something? Or what?

Rotondo:

Place the safehouse item on a baseplate, start a minigame, walk onto baseplate, congrats you survivied.

At some point in a server running the No Mercy save I walked into a Pills bottle and instead got a Safehouse in my inventory.
