Its not part of RP core. Only when RP estate is released will it cost to build. It is obviously another add-on such as CityRP, or one of the various Cash Mods. |

It came with RP Money or RP Time or RP Jobs or RP Crime I think. |

Tried multiple jobs, multiple amounts of cash. I have Core, Crime, Time, Money, Jobs and Resources. |
