5 Hour Energy for me is the equivalent of touching my tongue to a 9volt: it tastes the same and it does just about as much; nothing.
The only way I can survive is with Monster, Rockstar, Jolt, Full Throttle, etc. Real energy drinks, not, "energy supplements."

a two ounce shot will not.
A two ounce shot will give you a ton of energy
a banana will not last you 5 hours
