At my old house, there was this dead tree literally leaning over and only stopped by another dead beside it. We told our land-lord to get it cut down and she said that the tree guy said it was fine there. After it fell, the tree guy was like "wtf no dood i sed cut it down". Our land-lord was amazingly cheap, she always hired the lowest-educated people to do handywork around the house.
It fell literally three feet away from the dog house where the dogs were sleeping, and about 20 from where my mom sleeps. :C
