CPU comparison

I'm not too familiar with AMD CPUs and, for the life of me, I can't figure out the difference between these two CPU's, other than the 0.1GHz difference.  Can anybody explain it to me?

Ok there really is not huge difference between those 2 CPU's except that the 950 is a black edition which means it will be much better for overclocking because its multiplier is not locked at 16.

Also with the 950 you have a better chance of being able to have 4 stable cores, if you plan to unlock the other 2 to turn it into a quad core.
