I agree with the higher education standards though. I've gone to both public and private and I must say that if public remained to be how it was when i was there, id probably be a lot less inspired to do things with my life. But anyway, my school rarely does field trips. Instead, we have assemblies and other gathering type things. Once every three years there is a simulated drunk driving accident right outside of the school, and they waste a whole day talking about it. |

I haven't had a field trip since I was in 6th grade (I was 11). It was to some wildlife park up the road. |
