If there was no limit, the chances of someone winning are slimmer. So, you have to be quicker to submit yourself, and you have greater chances as a reward for quickly entering. If someone enters at the last minute, and they win. That isn't so fair, it just doesn't sound right anyways. Lastly, I'm too lazy to write more then 75 numbers down on small pieces of paper and put them in a hat.
