I think this is a paradox within a paradox. It can be four different temperatures at once depending on what scale of temperature you use. Assuming the temperature you gave was in Fahrenheit, then it is also 255K, -17.7°C and 459R.
This means that when you double those temperatures, it is as follows:
From the Kelvin conversion, it will be 458°F
From the Celsius conversion, it will be -34°C
From the Rankine conversion it will be 526°F.
And you can't double 0, so in Farenheit it will be 0°F.
Bam.
