Suing isn't always the answer.
Like in History today we heard about this lady the successfully sued McDonald's because she spilled their coffee on her lap and she didn't know it was hot. This went all the way to the su-loving-preme court.
Lawsuits can be really handicapped.

That's what sucks, she doesn't. She does work for a company though. I wish we could sue her, but we can't because we have no money.

So you don't think they should sue for a legitimate reason because a lady won a million dollars for a dumb reason? His sister almost died and so did the baby. I don't think anyone would blame him for bleeding that company dry, and the best part is after that they will fire that bitch and she will never get a job as a midwife or any baby or child care type job again in her life.
