How do I record sound on MSN with no mic?

I want to be able to record F2 voice clips with no Mic. I have vista, and i dont know how to change my mic settings to my speaker settings. [so whatever i record is whatever my speakers are playing.

On msn

I have to remap my speakers with the mic, or something like that.
