Steering failures are a bitch

Destroyer:

Today seemed like it was going to be a normal day, the school day just let out and I was driving. It was a rainy day so the roads were a bit slick.

I've been driving long enough to become an expert at making turns quickly. I was sitting in the intersection waiting for oncoming traffic to clear so I could turn. The oncoming traffic's light turned yellow so I sped up to make the turn, but when I went to turn the wheel, it suddenly locked up and become close to impossible to move. I wasent expecting this so I had no time to make a hard turn, my car ended up going off the road and sliding halfway down the embankment.

It was a very scary feeling. Turns out somewhere along the way my power steering failed and the car failed to notify me.

But everything is ok now, I was able to get the car back on the road and drive it home, dispite having to put a large amount of force into turning the steering wheel.

Scary stuff.

Jaxx:

This is why I am somewhat apprehensive to get my license.

People like you. D:

Mr.Patrick:

Atleast you didn't hit a truck trying to brake like my bro did and broke the front fender :D

chills58:

my friend closed his eyes and went off the road and split a tree in half and went sideways into a guys yard. he was pretty lucky for the tree was pretty good size.

TheChaosCarrier:
