A client sided shield disabler.
Space Guy:
This one only blocks the shield as part of the clan tags so it won't intefere with people trying to use it in events. It should also stop the space before the message.

Actually that one doesn't seem to work for me. It worked for Trader's filter thing, weird. Maybe it's because I don't have the texture or something.
