Mac routers can have their ports forwarded; your brother is incorrect. Unfortunately I do not know how to do this, seeing as I don't have a Mac or a Mac router.

Also, please refrain from overusing emotes. They do not at all increase the probability of someone assisting you.

Look at the top of page one on Help it says "porting forward on macs" or somtin like that
