Steam trouble.

Please help i just reinstalled steam and now all my games are gone on both of my accounts. ;-;

How can you delete your games? The only thing you can do is delete the local files which means you pretty much uninstalled your games. But I've never seen anyone delete their copies of all their Steam games.

I just redownload them on my 3.6 mb/s internet :D

I don't want to redownload all my games at 25ish KB/s.
