Just have a little, it won't kill you (probably). As far as calling your parents...they're in France, what can they do? Call back and tell your brother, "Don't make me use my man voice!" over the phone? And you said you're 13, right? That's not a terrible age to drink; I've had a little bit of just about everything and I'm 15. So relax and think about it...do you really want it, or not? It's your choice.
