if the money is in your paypal balance or bank account that is synchronized up with paypal, and you are in the U.S. there should be no fees.

I can not accept a prize, sorry if I am making this hard for you Bisjac. This is not because of what Ladios said before hand, but I do agree with him. I had decided this a few days back, that if I should win I would pass it up. It may be stupid, but I believe it is the right thing to do. The build was not finished, but maybe I can be in the November contest!
