That doesn't make it fair. There are no valid reasons to support this bill. As I said, many areas have access to only one ISP.

That's impossible, in order to get Social Security numbers you have to be a registered citizen. You can't just make it up.

They make them up and pay taxes, but they don't get any benefits.
