Only a dozen or so mice in my apartment.

It's kinda funny how my dove chases them when they go for his food.

I tell my mother that mice don't do anything terrible so you should stop starving them to death with glue traps, but she's still skeptical.

Then you've obviously never used a black light to check for urine trails. Rats are constantly pissing and drag it all over where they travel making them a very serious health hazard. That's how exterminators find where their nest is. Momma is right to be skeptical. :)
