If you're that large, losing a few pounds isn't too hard. And I fail to see where I made any grammatical mistakes.

We've been looking for a house to buy for a while now, our rent ends like right after Christmas. There's been a house for sale in the neighboring town for over a year and a half. We finally got a chance to look at it and it was in our budget. It was really nice. But, of course, we get approved for it, and some jack ass bought it today when we were going to seal the deal today.
People suck.
