How do you make a car/other vehicle come up

What the title says....I'm new to Blockland so I don't know how to do much....
Caution:
Press B to open to brick menu. Select the "Special" tab. Double click on the brick "VehicleSpawn." Then, spawn it wherever you are. Press Q and use your roller on your mouse to scroll until you get to the wrench. Click on the VehicleSpawn and then select a Vehicle. Then press "Send >>".

It won't work...nothing happens when I use the wrench.

Pick the wrench then click on the vehicle spawn.
Why don't you just play the tutorial? :/

I have.About 4 times.It just says what it wants you to do.It doesn't tell you how to do it.
