How do you make a car/other vehicle come up

Never mind,just use the wrench and face it towards a wall or ground and that's what happens,lol.

Start the game on a map. Slate will do.
Make a vehicle spawn.
Equip the wrench, look at the vehicle spawn and CLICK on it.
