Windows 7,Download where

I have just gotten windows 7 and i don't know how or where to put my downloads

Same place you always have, your Add-ons folder.
If you can't find it, pull up a search.

Dang,The only thing i have of blockland,is Blockland itself and uninstall.

What?
Do you have folders hidden or something? Because I'm pretty sure you can't just not have the other Blockland file folders.

Heres what i do,
i press start,i go to all programs,i see a blockland FOLDER,i click it,Blockland .v13 and uninstall are in it,No other folders,
