Is it possible that you can update this with another EMP Rifle that only stuns players? You click-n-hold and charge it up. When it's max power, you fire a round plasma ball that goes straight. When it hits something, it explodes in a round radius of let's say...14x14x10? Then anyone caught int he radius will freeze what ever they are doing for like 5 or 8 seconds. But sadly, in the result of firing max power, you get damaged a bit and too get frozen for 5 seconds.

Sounds like a freeze based weapon would fit better than a electric stun based weapon. Also, this would require a complete reworking of the weapon's script to work.

It stuns any non-player vehicle.

So it won't work on horses and anything that handles like it, but it will work on planes, jeeps, ect.
