To be a partner, you need to upload videos often, you also need to upload things that people generally like and, you need to stay active. I highly doubt they'd actually accept if you signed up.

Making a blockland video does not mean its copyrighted. Now, if you do something like releasing blockland under a different name...thats different. Badspot doesn't own your blockland youtube videos.
