Zombies in Left 4 Block are unkillable to other players.

Arr. Anyone have a clue why? Im able to kill the zombies, but my players are unable to. Vehicle damage is on, Settings are modified to fit the server but it just wont work. Could it be the events used on the zombies?

Not sure, but is weapon damage enabled..? maybe?

Your server had Iban's Zombies Are People Too enabled as a game mode as well as Rotondo's zombies from that Bugs mod. These two are incompatible.
