How can I mod my computer for better gaming?
pitchblack:
I mean like...... the task bar location, programs, ways to clear space for game files, etc. I am gonna try to get RAM, cards, and whatever for my computer this year so it will run more games, programs, and stuff. So I wanna know what programs and stuff I should put on it that is fun/cool/useful for gaming/game video making/game making(home made rpgs/fps/etc?)/all that sort of stuff. =P

You can't really improve performance without hardware upgrades.

You need hardware upgrades in order to run your games better.

That wont help your performance.

I don't think programs have a magical way of making your computer faster, aside from using task manager to kill system processes. (Do not do unless you know what you're doing) If we had that kind of technology, every computer would be as fast as diareha.

Are you actually having troubles with disk space?
I don't see how people fill up anything bigger than 80 GB unless they have like 400 albums of music or 40 games they don't play.
I still have like 70% space left on 160 GB.

E: is not formatted, but it's 500gb. It's all actually one hard drive partitioned 3 times.
