my addons

when i download and put evrything in the addons folder i start a game and there not in addons on the start a game screen

Are you putting the zip files directly in the Add-ons folder? NO extracting?
What add-ons are they? They might be remote-failed or not executing correctly.

well i tryed the portal gun v2 first same result i don't know what to do

You're not pulling the files out of the Weapon_PortalGun.zip folder? That's extracting.
