If Inverted knew it when he was young, it's common knowledge and everyone over that age who doesn't know about it is a dumbstuff.

The Gunpowder Plot, albeit important historically, is not as important as knowing who Gandhi was.

Why is knowing Gandhi important? I mean, I've know about him and who he is for a while now, but I don't see why it's to important to know about him. Yes he practiced civil disobedience on a large scale and India got it's Independence because of it, but it's not something you really need to know for everyday life.
