Reboot computer, enter safe mode with networking, install anti-viral software, scan and remove threat. I suggest AVG Free. If you need to reboot for installation reboot into safe mode with networking again. |

I had this same thing. I seem to have got rid of it through using Ad-Aware and SUPERAntiSpyware. |
