Zoom in thingy?

I had this great idea, But I don't think its possible. My idea is: Its like a Combine sniper scope from GMOD, but when you zoom in it comes up. I think that would be cool.

There are already a few guns like this.
I think the Old School Rifle's right-click brings up a snipers view like that.
