I think it's utter bullcrap. Other civilizations predicted the end of the world. Heck, they thought the minute it turned 2000, the world would end. the Earth will meet it's end when the sun expands into a Super Giant and swallows Mercury and Venus. Even then, humans may be so stubborn to still live underground where it could be cooler. Forgot to add: Any premature extinction of the human species will probably be our own fault. |
