Download links lead to RTB index

I've been trying to download certain add-ons but when I click the download link it leads to the RTB Download Index. For example, I tried to download the TF2 Medigun, but when I click Weapon_TF2Medigun it leads to the RTB download index, or it leads to a page saying Add-on not found, still on RTB. Same when clicking "Click here to view this file on the RTB mod manager".

Something here needs to be fixed.

They are old RTB2 add-ons, they do not exist anymore.
