try with only default addons on?

1. Do other sounds in-game work
2. Did you check to see if any other sound whatsoever works from your computer
3. Are you getting error messages?
4. Try right-clicking your sound icon (looks like a speaker) and going to "Open Volume Mixer." check to see if Blockland is muted.
