I don't spawn with tools!

When I spawn in my own server, I haven't got hammer, wrench or printer. So I use my multitools. What's wrong?

Might be an Add-On you have, try enabling only the default add-ons and see what happens, if you spawn with tools, then it's definitely an add-on
