Blockbot is prob just programmed to answer to anyone named Ephialtes, so if he is named Ephialtes it might think it was the real one since it is the real name. I would think he would have an anti-fake ephialtes thing though, like check the ID and if it is wrong ban him.

Anyway, that was the real Ephialtes, using logic. If you look at the pictures, you would see that Bim scrolled up to take the pictures. So, he obviously took the pictures after Ephialtes left.
