Illinois no smoking in public places law <3 My family went to Wisconsin to visit my aunt, of course we had gotten used to no smoking in restaurants. We went to a restaurant and we got put right next to 4 smoking people, my grandpa has to use oxygen so you can figure how that would be for him. It made our food taste worse, no really it did. Most people who smoke are either depressed, under stress, rebel teenagers, or criminals. Though they should stop, stoping smoking is harder than you think. Luckly there are medications which lower your nerves crave for nicotine. Though in Jamestown in the 1600's, tobbaco was a major export to England which helped the settlement and others survive. I have never smoked and never will. I hate when I'm at a baseball game and have to go to back of stadium which is designated smoking section to the bathroom. 2nd hand smoke is more likely to give lung cancer than asbestos and any other risk factors besides smoking yourself. |
