weed's not that cheap anywhere but probably canada or something where it's practically legal. and smoking tobacco with weed doesn't hide the smell all that well.

That would explain why its so cheap were I live, and splifs can hide it pretty well if its fresh tabaco

The point was it's as cheap if not cheaper than cigarettes so adding cigarette tobacco in wouldn't lower the cost, if anything they mix it up to make it more powerful.
