The man does not belive he has any friends. The plant however grew friends. The dog tells the man a tumor may resolve this problem. The man grows a tumor. The man gets closed to dying, the dog offers himself to the man. The man combines eachother and relises he had a friend all along and thanks the tumor for helping him find that.
