Player names, they has to go

After going through 3 pages of add-ons and rtb add-ons with the word 'names' in them, and people cheating with names while blinded by the darkness spell, AND the only available togglename script doesn't work with v13, i suggest that somebody make a hideplayer names thing again... I did search in suggestions and requests and i do know that there is one in TDM, but i want to be able to hide names outside a minigame, and at any range.

It's not possible to completely remove names.
The most you can do is make them have a very short range, which the latest mod does.
Why Badspot did this? I'm unsure.

Can't be hidden completely with the removal of the shapename thing.

Probably so people couldn't remove their name to pretend to be someone else.

Just don't trust it when someone has no name over their head? Besides, you can't change stuff in the f2 list anymore.

the current 'mod'? are you talking about the one in tdm? if not, link please?
Also anybody know the link to trashman's websites? i want one of his old mapsnvm, google told menevermind, it doesnt work....port please? :3
