McDonalds isn't the kind of job anyone would want to work at for life, but while you're at school it's a damn good opportunity for workplace experience and some cash on the side (doesn't pay as bad as you'd think).

If you do work at it long enough and put your foot forward in it you can get into their management or something.

Yeah. McDonalds is a mega-loving corporation and as such gives its employees great opportunities to get certificates in business management a lot easier if you manage to become a manager, which looks great on a resume.
